Terms of Service
Last updated: March 29, 2026

These Terms explain the rules for accessing VLone, what you may expect from the Service, and what we expect from anyone using it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VLone software, the dashboard, downloads, updates, invite system, or related support channels, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the Service or use any VLone software.

2. Eligibility and Account Access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials private.

Accounts are personal. You may not share, lend, sell, transfer, or otherwise allow another person to use your account or access.

3. License

VLone grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software only as permitted through your account.

This license does not give you ownership of the software, updates, methods, branding, or any related intellectual property.

Where device or environment validation is used, access may be limited to the approved system tied to your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

Unless required by law, purchases, subscriptions, renewals, and account credits are final once access has been provisioned or renewed.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, changes to supported titles, detection changes, account restrictions, hardware changes, downtime, or loss of access caused by a Terms violation.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

5. Confidentiality

VLone is private software. You agree not to leak, publish, resell, mirror, or disclose private builds, files, methods, update details, internal communications, media, or support responses without prior written approval.

Leaking or redistributing private material is treated as a severe violation and may result in immediate blacklisting.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to engage in abuse, interference, or unauthorized access.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or disassemble the software.
  • Attempt to bypass license, device, invite, or account restrictions.
  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or mirror software files, credentials, or invite access.
  • Attack, scrape, overload, or interfere with VLone infrastructure or related services.
  • Impersonate staff, misrepresent affiliation, or misuse support channels.

7. Availability and Updates

VLone is provided on a rolling basis and may be updated, paused, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent support for any title, any specific detection status, or continued access to a feature or build.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VLone disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

VLone, its operators, developers, and staff will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation, game bans, account action, hardware action, lost data, downtime, or any loss tied to use or inability to use the Service.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe your use creates risk for the Service or violates these Terms.

Termination may occur for leaks, abuse, chargebacks, suspicious activity, account sharing, redistribution, or other conduct we consider harmful.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page.

Your continued use of VLone after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be directed through VLone's official support channels or Discord.
